"These were made while sitting by my son's bedside in the hospital. I was lactating. Hospital administration refused to refrigerate my breast milk for my newborn daughter. While portable refrigerators were brought into the rooms of Jewish patients to accommodate their kosher food, it was not offered for a lactating mother."
